I actually like that Mims song. Me too! I think the chorus is the most retarded thing ever, but the beat and verses are pretty hot.
Although Nick, I can't believe you like "We Fly High".

There was a line in "Candyman" I can't remember that I was shocked she threw in there. It sounded horrendously out of place for the throwback style of the song. So is it...
"...he makes my cherry pop..." "...he makes my panties drop..." or "...he's got a big (moan)..."?

And why the hell is "Walk It Out" back on the chart? Who likes that bulls***? Heh. I admit, I hate the original, but the remix with OutKast (and Jim Jones, ugh) is pretty hot.

I was thinking Promo Only, but I thought the radio edit would be less than 4 and a half minutes long. The version on Promo Only is the same one as they sent to Alternative radio, which is just the radio edit with the second time the intro is sung (screamingly) cut out.
As much as I like the Neptunes, I thought "Wind It Up" was a pretty disappointing track and that I have to say I like "The Sweet Escape" much, much more.
The pop station here plays "She's Like The Wind" with Lumidee's rap all edited out, lol.

Yes, it is.
If a file is [and has an extension of] MP3, then you can keep forever, because no copy-protection scheme supports such a file format. If it's wma or AAC, then it's a different story.
Free just means you had to wait 30 seconds before downloading from that site, rather than immediately.

I like the original version more. But I still want it.

Basically, it goes from the first few notes of the solo, then awkwardly cuts to the last few notes. And I thought the pop edit of "Like A Stone" was bad. Oddly, KBKS actually played that song in full, and they're one of the more rock-friendly pop stations on the panel, so I have no idea what's going on. Must've been just your station then. I've heard it several times on several Pop radio stations and the play the original of "Dani California."
I've also heard the original version of "Miss Murder" being played on a pop radio station (WBDR).

I would compare the sound more to Kelis' "Milkshake" than "Bossy."
But yeah, I like this a lot, it's different and it's top-notch Timbaland production.

I'm mad that this isn't any higher. I like this as much as I liked the other Switchfoot hits.

Plus, when's the last time a song that was completely in another language made the top 50? Heh... does "Axel F" count? It's not exactly in English.

No more bullet. Prepare to fall as hard as a rock? Most likely. When's the last time a song that started out strong and quickly lost its bullet didn't experience a very fast fall? At least it's kept a relatively small loss for several days now though. "Dirrty"?
But that was a weird case.

"American Life" wouldn't be so bad if she didn't pull the video last minute. I dont' care if it's offensive or not, if you've made something you should put it out.
I do however like this song, it's simple but catchy.
I don't know if there are rules again this, so mods, feel free to remove it if there are.

I'd also like to know how the hell Kanye flew up to #1 so fast when none of his other releases even made the top 20 here. Me neither. Though "Gold Digger" is far from being my favourite single/song from him, if that's what it takes for him to hit #1, then so be it.

I watched the video on MTV this morning and they edited out the gunshots! They don't edit out the actual guns, car exploding, people getting beaten down by cops, but when it comes to guns shooting, OH NOOOOO!!!
This song has been officially stuck in my head today. UGH.

It actually sounds different and Chester isn't screaming, so I like.
They try way too hard to look like U2 in the video though.

After seeing them open for Gnarls Barkley, I knew I had to download their album (don't worry, I've ordered their album on Amazon as well) and I just can't seem to get enough of it.
This track is the lead single and it has a nice mix of everything. Pretty cool video too.

This song is currently #44 on Mediabase.
What do y'all think about it?

Also from if you (join and) login to AllAccess.com now, you can get the "Published" chart for each day with the Top 50 of any format (and more formats too including Canadian formats, Latin, Christian). You can even get Callout Numbers too.
Oh, about this song, it sounds like typical Evanescence, so I like.

Not sure if anybody heard of this. It's a collection of mash-ups from Green Day's American Idiot album. Check it out:

The 12 minute version is here.
MuchMusic plays the 9 minute version, uncut, they have a viewer discretion note in front of it though.

Yep. I got a free Amazon.com gift certificate a couple months back and didn't know what CD to get. I've had their CD downloaded for a while and I liked it a lot so I finally decided to get it. So, it was the first alternative/rock CD I ever bought (not counting N*E*R*D of course)!
I just bought the music book for the album too.
