Anyhow, I guess I'll post my recent acquisitions: As I Lay Dying - An Ocean Between Us
FTP enabled: Smashing Pumpkins - Adore Smashing Pumpkins - Machina/The Machines of God Smashing Pumpkins - Zeitgeist (Kirk, which version did you buy? Just so I have it for my records?) Amy Winehouse - Back to Black
$9.99 used (Buy 3 get 4th free) Jimi Hendrix - The Ultimate Experience (Out of print. The one my brother's had since '95, so this was always the Jimi CD I wanted to start with. I'm probably going to end up buying his 3 albums anyway, but best to go ahead and have this as a long overdue primer in the meantime.) Fergie - The Dutchess (Sampled this in the store to make sure I'd actually be interested in the whole thing.) Aaliyah (It's out of print, so better I grab it before some customer does. Hey, it was out on the "just arrived" used rack for at least a full day or two that I didn't work, so it's not like customers didn't have a chance.) Kelly Clarkson - My December (See Fergie.)
Oddly enough, of the 4, the only one I've been playing so far is Fergie.
Miranda Lambert - Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Gretchen Wilson - One of the Boys (These were promos I took home back in May that everyone else had passed on. I didn't get around to actually listening to them until a couple weeks ago. Hence, I'm finally officially adding them to my collection.
Atreyu - Lead Sails Paper Anchor
And I believe I have at least a couple FTP goodies waiting for me that I'll be downloading tonight. Otherwise I don't foresee another post for a little while.

I have the standard singles for "Only Happy" and "Push It."
"Androgyny" has "Begging Bone," the Felix da Housecat mix of "Androgyny" and there's another remix, title escaping me while at a library.
"Why Do You Love Me" has "Space Can Become Between Anyone," "Nobody Can Win," and their cover of the Ramones' "I Just Wanna Have Something to Do."
And I bought the Target edition of Zeitgeist.

I helped myself to Infinity on High from Steve's folder. And I got these used on a Labor Day trip to FYE:
Janet Jackson - Rhythm Nation 1814 The Cure - Disintegration Morrissey - Viva Hate
And I sold back Crossfade since I don't want to own any edited albums (even if it's because their label was too cheap to produce an explicit companion).

And I sold back Crossfade since I don't want to own any edited albums (even if it's because their label was too cheap to produce an explicit companion). Wow, I didn't realize that. Gustav Holst - The Planets ($2.50 used buyback. We played four of these as our marching band show my junior year, so I've always been wanting a recording of this.)Mariah Carey - Greatest Hits (free. The first disc was too scratched for us to buy, as were several other discs in her collection, so she chose to leave the refused ones in the store. I took the first disc to the back and buffed out the scratches. None were too deep and now I have a real copy to replace my burned one.)FTP-enabled:My Bloody Valentine - Loveless Lily Allen - Alright, Still

I've got the Garbage singles ripped and those are getting uploaded as I'm typing. My butchered titles are going to show once I put 'em up. Stuff I did get: M.I.A. - Kala (A friend of mine hated it & decided to give it to me. I got it free as a result.)Common - Finding Forever OutKast - Idlewild VAST - April (I decided that since the "wide" release was not going to have lyrics in the booklet and the online-only limited edition would to get this. Plus, I got autographs from the current lineup which was all kinds of rad. I'll probably buy the store copy on Oct. 16 as well.)Oh, and I should have a copy of Cave In's Antenna coming to me shortly. I hope. I just know I ordered that one and it hasn't arrived yet. Also, I went window shopping at the Half Price Books store and saw the Cure's Pornography for about six bucks and a cassette single for U2's "ISHFWILF," which I'll buy if those are still there the next time I get over there.

Shiny Toy Guns - We Are Pilots (Used. I like how the FYE I go to has a rack for all the recently acquired used CDs.)
And that'll probably be the last album I buy for the foreseeable future, barring a highly favorable deal. Much as I want to get Blaqk Audio's CD, I need to start curbing my purchases until my bank account starts increasing.

Ohhhh, it's time to update again:
Used buybacks: Muse - Black Holes and Revelations Otis Redding - The Very Best of Otis Redding Etta James - At Last! 50 Cent - Curtis (still waiting on Kanye...)
Hot Topic exclusives: Blaqk Audio "Stiff Kittens" Atreyu "Becoming the Bull" (And I'm just not a big enough HIM fan to pay $3 for their Hot Topic exclusive single. Like Atreyu, their b-side is only a demo.)
The Donnas - Bitchin' HIM - Venus Doom Ministry - The Last Sucker
Burned from a buddy's iTunes library: Dead Milkmen - Beelzebubba Audioslave - Revelations Black Sabbath - We Sold Our Soul for Rock 'n' Roll Johnny Cash - Classic Christmas Elvis Costello and the Attractions - The Very Best Of Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks Hum - You'd Prefer an Astronaut The Mars Volta - Tremulant (EP) NOFX - S&M Airlines The Strokes - First Impressions of Earth Neil Young with Crazy Horse - Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere

What I've gotten since the last post: U2 - "With or Without You" single (On cassette. I found this one instead later. I hear they released different covers with each different member on the CD. Mine has The Edge on the cover.)
Amy Winehouse - Back to Black (I forgot to go online to decline the offer of the featured selection. Alas I have it anyway.)
Dashbaord Confessional - The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most Garbage - "You Look So Fine" single (Mine has the A-side which cuts out most of the outro and has "Get Busy with the Fizzy", the FLC remix of "YLSF" and this other remix.)
From today: Hot Hot Heat - Happiness Ltd. Shiny Toy Guns - We Are Pilots (Both on sale at Target. It was the last day for STG which was reduced to $7.98 for the time.) The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Surprised to see a $5.98 copy used, and one with no scratches. It sat there for a few days at least as well!) The Killers - "Somebody Told Me" single ("Under the Gun" was a B-side on there, and I think one that wasn't on the "limited edition" of the album. Got it for $2.98)
There's some really good deals online, but right now I haven't gotten my new debit card sent so I'm on hold. I'm getting impatient because a Depeche Mode import (!) single is ONLY $2.39 on Amazon and the first Refused album, which is out of print stateside, is only $5.88. It's driving me nuts. Plus I was going to buy a VAST single from one of the third-party sellers (Not "Free" though; you won't get me to buy 40 bucks for a single). (update: Oh, so that Refused album is now about 12 bucks but that's still a good deal. And they even reduced that DM single a few cents DOWN.)

Amy Winehouse - Back to Black (I forgot to go online to decline the offer of the featured selection. Alas I have it anyway.)You can always write "refused - did not order" on the box and send it back. Garbage - "You Look So Fine" single (Mine has the A-side which cuts out most of the outro and has "Get Busy with the Fizzy", the FLC remix of "YLSF" and this other remix.)Could you please send those songs my way (minus the FLC remix, plus the Killers' "Under the Gun")? I sho' would appurshiate it if ya did... I may as well go ahead and mention my latest additions are: Descendents - Somery (burned) (minus the tracks on Milo Goes to College and the Bonus Fat EP, which I already have. I had previously taped this off a friend back in high school and hadn't listened to it (because it was a cassette) in that long.)Gym Class Heroes - As Cruel as School Children (re-release, burned) Foo Fighters - Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace

^ first paragraph: it's not like it was gpduke posting that sentence. I was at least mildly interested and had much more insulting choices before (Hinder & Nickelback? Eww!), which possibly made it okay by default. Could you please send those songs my way (minus the FLC remix, plus the Killers' "Under the Gun")? I sho' would appurshiate it if ya did... I've got 'em up. What I've gotten since then, all used: Sade - Stronger Than Pride Sonic Youth - Bad Moon Rising ($3 and I saw it was in good condition so I took it. Even though I am generally more interested in the later stuff I gave it an open-minded try. Worth keeping if only for the intro & "Death Valley '69," and "Halloween" is fine as well.)Savage Garden ($2.)I've seen some more singles around. I decided not to get "Crazy" from Gnarls Barkley and "Smile" by the Killers because they each only had one B-side, and the Killers are releasing a comp of those songs soon anyway. I might get "The Saints Are Coming" though.

Since Foo (which I haven't even listened to yet): used buybackBeck "Beercan" Primus - Sailing the Seas of Cheese Kanye West - Graduation The Cardigans - First Band on the Moon (replaces burned copy I hadn't even gotten around to listening to yet.)Annie Lennox - Diva Jim Jones - Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment) [abridged] (I lopped off the 3 skits, combined "Mr. Cool" (the intro sample) with "We Fly High," as it is on the radio/video, and removed the 4 songs I didn't care to keep and now it's a killer album! I sold back the real copy.)Tricky - Maxinquaye (replaces burned copy)from my reserve stashPharrell & DJ Drama - BBCIceCream.com - In My Mind: The Prequel (mixtape) Public Enemy - It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back NOFX - So Long and Thanks for All the Shoes The White Stripes - De Stijl Johnny Cash - American IV: The Man Comes Around Johnny Cash - American V: A Hundred Highways Portishead - Roseland NYC Live (All these were used except for the Pharrell mixtape)Puscifer - Cuntry Boner (single) tonightEazy-E - Eazy-Duz-It (remastered, includes 5150 Home 4 Tha Sick EP) (I got to a point last night, working on a project for a friend, where I felt embarrassed to not own any solo joints from Eazy-E, other than a copy of "Only If You Want It," which, while it's the song I know the best, isn't exactly essential. At work tonight, I fully realized just how brief his discography is and seeing the EP is attached to the album now, how easy it would be to get all I'd ever want. So, impulsively, I started tonight.)

About a month ago: HIM - Venus Doom
Today: Against Me! - New Wave Avenged Sevenfold Jimmy Eat World - Chase This Light Puscifer - "V" is for vagina She Wants Revenge - This Is Forever
A7X and Puscifer were the ones I went in for, I'd forgotten that Jimmy was out too, then with impulses raging uncontrollably, I threw AM! and SWR into the pile as well.

Someone else posted. I guess that means it's time for me to check in again. (Just the other day, I finally realized I'm at the point where I've got so many CDs and mp3s unlistened to, that collecting what I want has unfortunately become more the hobby than actually enjoying most of it. ) Let's start at 10/16: Hellyeah - Alcohaulin' Ass (Acoustic) [promo single] Jimmy Eat World - Chase This Light Thrice - The Alchemy Index Vols. I & II: Fire & Water Brand New - Your Favorite Weapon Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me (The Brand New discs were burned gifts from my crush, who also surprised me with a Travis Barker drumstick.)100 Sound Effects The Who - My Generation: The Best of the Who Jay-Z - The Dynasty: Roc La Familia (2000 -) (Previous three are used buybacks)Bobby Brown - Don't Be Cruel (Used. Replaces the cassette I've owned for 14 years.)Serj Tankian - Elect the Dead Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold (MVI version) Puscifer - "V" Is for Vagina Eazy-E - It's On (Dr. Dre) 187um Killa (EP) The rest of the year should be pretty light, mercifully. Hopefully it'll give me a chance to actually listen to 75% of the "2007" albums I've added this year so I can do a thorough year-end list.

F***, I forgot all about Serj, and it's probably too late to catch the deals.
But yeah, doesn't appear to be much on the horizon. If penance's signature is any indication. That's the one good thing about his sig, since he likes everything in existance, you always know what's about to be released.

Since the last post: Thrice - The Alchemy Index, Vols. 1-2: Fire & Water
TV on the Radio - Return to Cookie Mountain Skillet - Collide (used promo for $3 at independent music store.) VAST - April (Pretty well priced for a Borders album.)
Depeche Mode - "John the Revelator" maxi-single Brand New - Deja Entendu (used) Icon of Coil - Machines Are Us (used)
Sade - Lovers Rock Text (both used. Latter is the side project of 3/4 members of the Refused. I think I find it more interesting than actually enjoyable, but it's enough for me to keep holding on to it.)
The next day-outs I'm buying are the new Hives and Dillinger records, and everything else can wait. I may eventually get Puscifer and SWR.
Oh, and Nick: I posted the stuff you had requested earlier.

Oh, and Nick: I posted the stuff you had requested earlier. Did you add something new, or have I just been forgetful about actually picking them up? (I'm referring to your previous post on 10/16.) It was Garbage & the Killers you had asked for. I also added the Prince b-sides as a bonus. Stuff I forgot to mention I got at a flea market, all used: Alanis Morissette - Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie T.I. - King blink-182 ($2; I really missed this.)MTV2 Handpicked Plus a burned copy of AC/DC's Highway to Hell which I still haven't listened to yet. And since the last post, there are other CD's that made it through the mail: VAST - "Pretty When You Cry" single (promo. What wankers were they to say the recording has explicit language when the f-word of title song is removed. People already know "Touched," so the "Here" remix is all that's left worth interest.)TV on the Radio - Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes (Not as enthralling and lacks the oomph of RTCM but it's still decent.)Poison the Well - Tear from the Red (I think this was less than 3 bucks.)I had it since December really, but didn't consider my copy of Björk's Debut as mine for a particular reason. My copy adds "Play Dead" at the end of the album. The song appears on the Young Americans soundtrack and the greatest-hits album. I finallly took my "free" CD's earned from the music club: Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me (I immediately liked this more than DE.)Mastodon - Blood Mountain My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade Queens of the Stone Age - Era Vulgaris Radiohead - Hail to the Thief (See blink.)Weezer - Maladroit (Considering my Weez fandom back at the time it shocks me that I never owned this properly.)And got these clearance CD's I found: Alkalilne Trio - Crimson ($3.)Duran Duran - Decade ($3.)The Strokes - Room on Fire ($1.)I think in addition to what I mentioned beforehand, I may get SWR's new one at more than just at a thought since I love what I've heard of it so far. And maybe Serj if I find it on a good sale. Sorry, but the first time I heard "The Unthinking Majority" I felt like I was listening to a SOAD b-side though it's not always a bad thing. The main single's pretty good though.

Since I'm kind of bored and have nothing better to do at the moment than post what I have bought recently I'll just go ahead and do that.
The Dillinger Escape Plan - Ire Works (I swear I one way will get CI.) The Hives - The Black and White Album (Pharrell produces two tracks, which are stylistically different from what they've done, as is half of the album. "Tick Tick Boom" is such standard fare for them that it seems more like a teaser than anything else.) She Wants Revenge - This Is Forever The Strokes - Is This It (Used. Actually, I never had this one but had heard it a few times.)
Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American (Used, and the version with that as the title. Honestly I didn't give a damn and am sort of embarassed that I didn't already buy it in the last five years when I already knew over half of the songs!) Coalesce - Give Them Rope She Said v2.0 The Nation of Ulysses - 13-Point Program to Destroy America (Both $1 used. I had to check this one out in particular because I love The Shape of Punk to Come so much and this band was commonly compared when speaking of the release.)
I've gotten most of the 2007 releases that I'll probably get around to and have about 30 of 'em that I can evaluate for a list this year, and that's much more than usual. Naturally a lot more than last year.
And as of this post I am downloading First Impressions, the mini-album that was self released with a local following for Thrice, well before they were ever signed.

A couple between my last post and any Christmas gifts.
She Wants Revenge - This Is Forever Madonna - Like a Virgin (Soon-to-be-burned from a library copy.)
And just so I know if and when I get it: is the new Foo Fighters album copy-protected like the last one?

(I swear I one way will get CI.) Unless you'd prefer the real thing, I can just upload it for you if you like... Do you think you could be a pal and upload the Pharrell ones for me please? And just so I know if and when I get it: is the new Foo Fighters album copy-protected like the last one? I haven't heard of labels continuing to do that since it got such a negative response, but I'll check and get back to you.

(I swear I one way will get CI.) Unless you'd prefer the real thing, I can just upload it for you if you like... Sure, bro, wouldn't be a problem. I'll probably get the real thing eventually. I'm somewhat ashamed that I didn't get it already given my love for Miss Machine, but I'm also into other stuff, too. I'll try doing that some time this week. I'll post and tell you when that's done. Also, a few more have come along since even that post. Nothing from any Black Friday sales really piqued my interest; Best Buy offered some stuff for about 8 dollars that I probably still wouldn't touch for free. U2 - Achtung Baby (I think this is my third copy. I got the first stolen and can't find my cassette, so I got it used.)Weezer - Pinkerton (Well, just my second one, and I really miss it. I've tried re-evaluting to see how much I enjoyed it. I don't like it quite as much as before but still very much love it. Interestingly I like a lot of the songs in the second half more than the first.)Queens of the Stone Age - Rated R (See DEP comments, except I've known "Lost Art..." since it was out, even before SFTD, but I actually got it "new" with a Borders coupon.)And all of these were $2 at a flea market: Eurythmics - Greatest Hits Green Day - Insomniac (I hadn't realized that 3 of the 4 singles were from the disc's latter half, as well. Well, one more to go and then I've got 'em all.)Michael Jackson - Dangerous Peter Murphy - Deep

Kirk, Calculating Infinity is coming down the pipe as I type.
Michael, the new Foo Fighters record does not have that copy-protected crap record labels tried a couple years ago.
Wow, almost a whole month since I posted my additions: Angels & Airwaves - I-Empire (free promo) AFI - I Heard a Voice (I don't have much use for live albums, and this is essentially their DVD if you closed your eyes, but I am an AFI completist, dammit. *grumble, grumble*) The Killers - Sawdust Chimaira - Resurrection (used buyback) Maroon 5 - It Won't Be Soon Before Long (used buyback, played it, didn't care to own the real thing, burned it, sold it back for store credit. I win.) Against Me! - New Wave (used buyback, replaces my burned copy) Green Day - Kerplunk! (Used out-of-print original Lookout version. Marked up to $17.99. To my delight, when I finally got around to buying it, it rang up as only $9.99. And it was employee discount day, where we got an additional 10% off new items and additional 20% of used.) Young Jeezy - Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 From First to Last - Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count Mystikal - Tarantula Simple Plan - Still Not Getting Any... (replaces burned copy) Slipknot - Iowa Trustkill Takeover Volume II NOFX - Never Trust a Hippy (EP) Bon Jovi - Cross Road Liz Phair - Exile in Guyville (Kerplunk through Exile were all bought on my employee discount day. All were used except the Trustkill compilation and NOFX. Those were just cheap anyway.) Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/LoveSounds Deluxe Edition (I got suckered into this, not because of the 3 new remixes [2 of which I already helped myself to online], but because of the DVD: All the videos, 3 of which have director interviews, 3 of which have "behind the scenes" footage, plus four live videos. It burns me up even more now that that motherf***er never made a video for my jam "Summer Love." [That bastard also packaged it in a slick digipak case that shows fingerprints like nobody's business.] I would've just asked for it for Christmas, but if you bought it on sale that first week at Best Buy, you got $5 off the price of his Madison Square Garden concert DVD, which is exclusive to Best Buy. The nearest Best Buy from my folks is probably an hour away, so it wasn't worth saving for a gift idea. Plus, I got double Reward Zone points for it, using my holiday season option I chose.)

Dead Can Dance - Into the Labyrinth ($2, clearance shelf.) Metallica - ...And Justice for All ($3.)
AFI - Black Sails in the Sunset Violent Femmes (This is the third time I bought it and I was about to put the deluxe re-release on my wishlist if I didn't get it by then. Both of these were full price buys.)
Kanye West - Graduation Green Day - 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours (The Lookout version. It was only three bucks and I have every GD album now, and payed full price for only one of 'em!) LL Cool J - All World (Also used.) Third Eye Blind ($2.)
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication (I'll take an album that I have heard & was familiar with for five dollars used. I miss it. I now have everything by them since the beginning of the current lineup.) R.E.M. - Green ($3.) U2 - Rattle & Hum
Radiohead - Kid A (Replacing a stolen copy; I got it used online.) The Killers - Sawdust (When hearing the first two songs from Nick, already knowing "Shadowplay" anyway, I decided if the thing's that darned good I'll get it. I like it more than even Hot Fuss, strange as that sounds. I love that one but never saw it as a godsend as so many did.) The Cars - Greatest Hits ($3.)
on cassette: Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti (I'll probably upgrade eventually but it's cool that it fits into one cassette and there was so much over at the section I was going to pick up what suited my interests.) Split Enz - History Never Repeats: The Best of Split Enz Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden (I've never honestly heard a note of this and haven't put it on yet, but what I've heard about it has me intrigued, even though I was more curious for Laughing Stock since it's what inspired Thrice during Vheissu.)
Some music club selections that should be coming through the mail: Avenged Sevenfold - City of Evil Radiohead - Amnesiac Talking Heads - Remain in Light Kanye West - Late Registration
They told me this would have to wait: Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot
I also got an e-mail confirming I got another online purchase shipping: Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth (The UK import that has "Home" & "RWIB Version 2.0", and it wasn't too bad at all.)
Got that one on Amazon & am still waiting for some Dillinger, VNV & U2 to come. (first and last are from the same seller though).
Next week I'll be getting Lupe's new one and on New Years is the Radiohead one. I saw a Gorilla Buscuits album for only three bucks and that was in amazing condition so I may check that out. And the self-titled from Jane's Addiction even if most of those eventually appeared on Nothing's Shocking and I was never honestly a huge fan.

Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth (The UK import that has "Home" & "RWIB Version 2.0", and it wasn't too bad at all.)Hmm. I guess I forgot to ask what the difference is about RWIB. Anyway, my latest additions are: Mike & Cindy's Ho Ho 2007 (Co-worker [and wife]'s annual mixtape of Christmas novelty songs.)"Buy 2 get 1 free" used sale at my former home store: Johnny Cash - American III: Solitary Man (Out of print, but it apparently it was recently reissued. This is an original pressing.)Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head (Replaces my burned copy.)Al Green - Greatest Hits Lupe Fiasco - Lupe Fiasco's The Cool Silversun Pickups - Carnavas ($7.99 at Best Buy)From the "Buy 2 get 1 free" used sale at my home store, the day we closed: Lily Allen - Alright, Still (Replaces my burned copy.)Beastie Boys - Some Old Bulls*** (Replaces my burned copy, although it has a bunch of extra stuff. Basically I don't care about the music, I just wanted the real Beastie Boys disc that had that random dog on the cover and is called "Some Old Bulls***.")Louie Bellson - Prime Time (Legendary jazz drummer who was the guest of honor my second summer at the U.S. Percussion Camp, back in '99. Finally, I'm checking out an actual record he made.)Coldplay - Parachutes (Replaces my burned copy.)Dixie Chicks - Home Dixie Chicks - Taking the Long Way Finch - Say Hello to Sunshine (Replaces my burned copy.)Faith No More - Album of the Year (Replaces my burned copy.)Good Charlotte (Replaces my burned copy, though while I appreciate having the extra song still, I'd prefer to own the original album cover, which isn't nearly as plain as the Old English GC with the swallows carrying the Good Charlotte banner in their beaks.)Guns N' Roses - G N' R Lies INXS - The Best of INXS Janis Joplin - Janis Joplin's Greatest Hits Cyndi Lauper - Twelve Deadly Cyns...and Then Some Matchbook Romance - Voices (Replaces my burned copy.)Soulfly - Primitive (Replaces my burned copy, though I forgot that my burned copy is actually the deluxe digipak version with the extra tracks .)Shania Twain - Greatest Hits

Beck - Mellow Gold (This time the explicit version without the reversing of profanities. Would've kept it all along if I had this one.)Gorilla Buscuits - Start Today Staind - Break the Cycle (All of these were used and these latter two in particular were in the clearance section for three bucks each.)Lupe Fiasco's The CoolOperation Ivy - Energy (Hellcat reissue.)Smashing Pumpkins - Zeitgeist (CD/DVD) (Best Buy exclusive. Although I'm pissed at Billy for doing this repackaging BS, especially when I used to at least respect his business antics, it is at least the standard CD price. It has the music videos to both singles. Sadly I see myself buying the American Gothic companion EP but may wise up and start burning your music instead.) AFI - All Hallow's E.P. ("Used" for the price they generally sell at. Ugh. Really stupid story how it got stolen (with plenty others), even if I'm 99% certain who it was, etc.) Smashing Pumpkins - "Thirty-Three" CD1 of 2. Smashing Pumpkins - "Thirty-Three" CD2 of 2. Depeche Mode - "It's No Good" (All of these from AFI down were on sale; the latter three being part of the Half Price Books clearance sale. I think one of the "Thirty-Three"'s was only two bucks rather than three.)
VAST - "Free" (Australian promo features the original version, Ben Grosse radio mix (also heard in the video), and a "black noise" remix of the song.)
Aerosmith - Rocks (A prime era Aerosmith album can't be too bad if it's just five bucks.) XTC - Upsy Daisy Assortment (Three bucks and I was unaware this ever existed.)
Radiohead - In Rainbows Lily Allen - Alright, Still (Previously downloaded, I've finally upgraded. Radiohead was just eight bucks.)
Dave Gahan - Paper Monsters Martin L. Gore - Counterfeit2 Air - Pocket Symphony (See AFI. Cheap music club sale.)
Peter Gabriel - Shaking the Tree: Sixteen Golden Greats (I initially adapted my parents' cassette but realized how iffy it's gotten, so I've upgraded that one.)
Peter Bjorn and John - Writer's Block Sade - Diamond Life (Both used.)
I was pissed that in the post-Christmas sales that they had the Justice album for 8 bucks at Best Buy and there was no copies left there when I came to see it.

Gorilla Buscuits - Start Today VAST - "Free" Aerosmith - Rocks *looks at you with doe-eyes* Also, what's the diff on that previously mentioned NIN "RWIB" version? Could you upload that one as well, if it's worth it?

Could you upload that one as well, if it's worth it? I'll post up "RWIB"'s version on the album soon. I hadn't honestly listened to it at the point so I hadn't gotten to replying there. It's more "acoustic" and less noisy than that version. I think I like this one slightly more as well.

^I am sorry about the holdup. I will tell you when I have it up though.
It's been nearly three weeks...: Joy Division - Heart and Soul (It's somewhat insulting this went out of print because the "reissues" use bonus discs for shows and this has both full albums if you're interested, and it was meant to make the complete experience in what Substance and Still had attempted.)
The B-52's - Cosmic Thing Also, I re-bought Oasis' second album for a better copy and Tori's fourth album which had been "missing." (Interestingly, person didn't take BFP.)
The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots (From a Christmas gift card my brother gave me for Barnes & Noble.) VAST - A Complete Demonstration ($15 at the concert. I got mine autographed by Jon.) Placebo - Black Market Music (Used. There is one track that has guest rapping and as you'd expect from a Placebo song, it doesn't sound right. I think it would fit on a Linkin Park release, though.)
That'll do for now. I feel like I pretty much have what I want at the moment.
