ROFL at the "Stephen Hawkings" quotes.
#21 is definitely 30 Seconds To Mars' "From Yesterday"

Color me technologically challenged, Steve, but is there any way for me to save that whole bit as an mp3?

Yeah, just hover over the word "Download" underneath the music player with the mouse, and when the mouse pointer changes into a hand with a protruding index finger, click the mouse. .

Well, when I hovered my mouse over Download this afternoon, I believe the bottom left corner of my screen displayed the youshare url, which confused me, and then when I went ahead and clicked it anyway, despite the mp3 extension, the file type read Video Clip, so I wasn't sure if it would work, and became further confused. So, wiseass, I went ahead and downloaded just now. And, yeah, it worked. However, once it loaded and started playing, the artist name and song title in the ID tag display read Social Distortion, "Far Behind." *Gasp* Why, that must be #28.

If the times on your last.fm display are to be believed, does this mean you ended up making yourself a "radio edit" of "Sister Charlatan" after all, like you had said you wanted to do?

No, but now that you mention it, I just did, cutting out the first 3 seconds that bled over from "Sellers Market" and the extraneous thunderstorms and the piano passage after the song, and faded the ending. The new length of the song is 5:23.
Not sure what's up with the timestamps though, or the dupes (which annoy the crap out of me when they happen).

Yep, 6 out of 6 so far.
I was thinking of making the whole top 10 with clips played backwards. Last year. Now I just want to finish it up and get a move on this year. 4 songs left!

I'm gone for 6 days and look what happens. And I don't even recognize #3. If I'd had first crack at these, I would've gotten "Stiff Kittens," "Famous Last Words," "Icky Thump," and "Lazy Eye."

The tags are "top10" by Crystal and the Candy Necklace Band off the album Stephen Hawking's Wife Battles Tooth Decay.
...That doesn't help.

One band out there is missing a single and nobody has picked up on it yet. That's your #3.

I'll go ahead and pitch in for "Starlight" by Muse as 3, just because the search couldn't find it.

Haven't forgotten! I'm too tired to bite into any of the loads of items on my plate tonight though ('06, '07, '08, report card, round 2, etc.).
