84. "I don't know what to do with you/'cause you don't know what you do to me" Head Automatica - "Beating Heart Baby" (a Nick O!)
83. One of the artist's songs is also the title of an album that has a few songs on my year-end chart. Ja Rule f/ Fat Joe & Jadakiss - "New York" (a Nick O!)
81. An pyro arsonist might do this.[/b] Dillinger Escape Plan - "Setting Fire to Sleeping Giants" (a Nick O!)
The new ones: 80. "your world's upside down" Velvet Revolver - "Dirty Little Thing" (crash46) 79. "try not to lose you" Avenged Sevenfold - "Unholy Confessions" (a Nick O!) 78. "watch you disappear in the sweet, sweet gaze" Interpol - "Slow Hands" (friday) 77. "the candy paint drippin' off the ol' school Impala" Paul Wall f/ Big Pokey - "Sittin' Sidewayz" (a Nick O!) 76. "when the dance is through, it's me and you" Jimmy Eat World - "Work" (a Nick O!) 75. Song title is also someone's name. I think artist's record company tried canceling the song with a video and get this played instead (AND as the lead single!). Alas, it killed the album in its tracks and the album flopped hard. Billy Corgan - "Mina Loy (M.O.H.)" (a Nick O!) 74. "You're doing everything your people said to" 73. "you twitch in your seat" Weezer - "We Are All On Drugs" (mtm4319) 72. "all these scars keep ripping open" Mudvayne - "Happy?" (mtm4319) 71. "someone is calling my name" The Killers - "Smile Like You Mean It" (mtm4319)

79. Avenged Sevenfold "Unholy Confessions" 77. Mike Jones f/ Slim Thug & Paul Wall "Still Tippin" 76. Jimmy Eat World "Work" Yes to 79 & 76. 77 is on the right track; I'm surprised that both songs ended up as high as they did though on my year-end.

Ah, 83 is Ja Rule f/ Fat Joe & Jadakiss "New York" I'll guess Paul Wall f/ Big Pokey "Sittin' Sidewayz" at #77, then. And for some reason, you changing "pyro" to "arsonist," without remembering any of the previous clues, instantly made me think of "Setting Fire to Sleeping Giants" by the Dillinger Escape Plan for #81. I have no idea, but I'll take a stab at #84: "We Will Become Silhouettes" by the Postal Service?

Yes to "Sleeping Giants", "Smile", and "Happy?" (I didn't realize that Nick had added that in his clue).
As for 84, frontman's main band hasn't released a proper album in 3-4 years. This was a bigger hit chartwise than anything on that band's two albums.

78) Interpol - Slow Hands
Funny how it seems like Kirk and I are the only ones who can ever get that song.

Remaining ones:
75. Song title is also someone's name. I think artist's record company tried canceling the song with a video and get this played instead (AND as the lead single!). Alas, it killed the album in its tracks and the album flopped hard. Title's name is a poet. Also, said artist published a book of poetry as well. 74. "You're doing everything your people said to/I'd hate to be the one to break it to you" [this is the right way, not the other]
73. "when you twitch in your seat"
I didn't realize that last round went so quickly. I'll add in some new ones then: 70. "my fashion sense" Weezer - "Beverly Hills" (mtm4319) 69. "i'm out the door" U2 - "All Because of You" (friday) 68. "the night" U2 - "Vertigo" (friday) 67. "obviously insane" Weezer - "Perfect Situation" (mtm4319) 66. "it's another club banger" Eminem f/ Dr. Dre & 50 Cent - "Encore" (a Nick O!) 65. "in the place to be" OutKast - "GhettoMusick" (slinky) 64. "it's not very pretty" Kaiser Chiefs - "I Predict a Riot" (mtm4319) 63. "dancing with the devil's past" Garbage - "Bleed Like Me" (a Nick O!) 62. "broken down cars/like strung-out old stars" Moby - "Lift Me Up" (radical347) 61. "a whole new town with a whole new way" Modest Mouse - "The World At Large" (friday)

I didn't realize that I had accidentally included a line that also exists on another song. Half a point for technically being right.

Hm. I don't recognize any of those so far.

74. "You're doing everything your people said to/I'd hate to be the one to break it to you/it's only sad 'cos it's true" [Um, the song title derives from a certain quote. I'm positive I'm not the only one here who's heard it.]
69. "just arrived, I'm at the door" 68. "the night is full" 66. "cliff hanger, it's another club banger" 65. "in the place to be and not to be at the same time"
64. "it's not very pretty I tell thee" 63. "dancing with the devil's past has never been too fun"
62. "broken down cars [echo] (broken down cars)/like strung-out old stars [echo] (like strung-out old stars)[/echo][/b]"[/s] 61. "I move on to another day, with a whole new town with a whole new way"

74. "You're doing everything your people said to/I'd hate to be the one to break it to you/it's only sad 'cos it's true they must love you" [Northwestern band, if that helps.]
69. "just arrived, I'm at the door/of the place I started from" 68. "the night is full of holes" 65. "climbing out this hole, with a frown in my face/in the place to be and not to be at the same time" [album was a smash but this was a flop, except for pretty much this chart.]
64. "it's not very pretty I tell thee/walking through town is quite scary" 63. "dancing with the devil's past has never been too fun/it's better than trying to take a bullet from a gun"
61. "I move on to another day, with a whole new town with a whole new way/went to the porch to have a thought" [follow-up to two big hits, this hardly did anything]
Take in consideration: There is one artist that's represented more than once on here.

69) U2 - All Because of You (I thought this sounded familiar) 68) U2 - Vertigo (For some reason, I thought the lyric was "the night is filled with holes")
61 sounds very familiar, while 64 actually sounds a little less familiar now.

Yes to both of those. Starting with remaining and then to the next set: 74. "You're doing everything your people said to/I'd hate to be the one to break it to you/they must love you, women love you" 65. "climbing out this hole/with a frown in my face/in the place to be and not to be at the same time/[spelling of the song title]" [Um, it's from a 2003 album if that helps]63. "Therapy is Speedie's brand new drug/dancing with the devil's past has never been too fun/it's better than trying to take a bullet from a gun"New clues: 60. "feeling so pure" System of a Down - "Cigaro" (crash46) 59. "I have no proof" 58. [album cut] "I just don't need none of that Mad Max bull$#!+" Modest Mouse - "Bury Me With It" (mtm4319) 57. "torn and frayed" My Chemical Romance - "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" (crash46) 56. "she spits on the sand" 55. "no questions spring to mind" Lostprophets - "I Don't Know" (Mega248) 54. "I've lost all doubt" The Used - "Take It Away" (mtm4319) 53. [album cut] It's instrumental to begin with, so no need for lyrics . Song title is a compound word. I may need to extend this one though because I very well may be the only one here who's heard it. 52. "the battle's over, now my heart moves on" 51. "the solemn hypnotic" Slipknot - "Vermilion" (a Nick O!)

59) Green Day - Jesus of Suburbia 51) The Kaiser Chiefs - Oh My God Ugh, Nick's lack of memory recall must be contagious. Most of these seem very familiar, but I can't place any of them. I'm not 100% sure about these two either.
