Nice list, although you actually managed to include both my top video of 2005 and what's likely to be my top video of 2006.
I guess now is as good a time as any to get my list up and running. I still have a few positions to fill, but I've put it off for the last couple months due to laziness.

Now here are my Top 100 albums heard in 2005. This is where all the older albums factor in. If an album charted in a previous year and its ranking is actually higher this time, I go ahead and count it. Though I can't explain Reverend Horton Heat and Chevelle now... Maybe I went ahead and included those because 2005 was the year I finally fully familiarized myself with them. I have no idea. Albums in red are the ones that don't count towards 2005.
I acquired more than 100 albums in the past year alone, and the idea was to rank as many of them as possible, and also play catch-up with any albums from '04 that I hadn't familiarized myself with yet. It was a lofty ambition, but I kind of blew it. In a mad rush in late December to cram as many of these in as possible, I had to give a lot of them as few as one listen, often while my mind was not 100% focused on the record. Entries marked with an * are ones that may or may not have gotten shafted from less than full absorbency as of December 31. Obviously it depends on the artist, though the higher up they are, the more likely their rankings are very accurate.

Here are my favorite 100 music videos of all-time. As you'll notice, I didn't do this chart last year, so previous rankings are from 2003. (Sorry the column spacing gets shrunken to single space when I post these here.) Key: [year: #] = ranking on that year’s Top Music Videos chart [# following its ranking on that year’s Top Music Videos chart] = peak on Top Music Videos of All-Time chart What I find interesting here is how much videos can rise or fall between years. I know it's a two-year interval this time, but from 15th to 67th, from 22nd to no higher than 101st, or from 60th to 17th (for a ten-year-old video) looks fairly significant. For falling videos, is it because you just don't see it much if at all, or are there other reasons?

Yeah, my favorite all-time videos seem to be somewhat arbitrary from year to year. (Not so much with favorite songs, but to a degree as well.)
Yeah, there's a number of reasons. Most of these (pre-2002 at least) I have on tape somewhere (yet I never watch them). It's all a big combination that depends on how well I can remember them over the years, how visually fascinating I find them still while making the chart, how personally relevant the artist remains to me, and how much the video amuses me still, if that's the point.
So in the case of AFI, despite the fact that I love the band, love the song, and there's a lot of cool stuff happening in the video, there's not a whole lot going on in there to sustain it after I got over seeing Sing the Sorrow (or AFI, really) videos. Plus, after being overexposed to the scene this past fall, hardcore dancing is really stupid, despite how glamorous the video makes it look.
I barely even remember the Videodrone video at this point. Obviously since they never had success, I barely saw the video (I have it on tape, though). With no success, no live show that I ever got to see, and just the one album, all that adds up to the video plummeting over the past two years.
I can't really explain "Aeroplane," though. I still remember it vividly, and just happened to remember it more fondly this year, being really colorful, surreal, and ridiculous. Maybe I'm overappreciating it this year, maybe I was underappreciating it 2 years ago. I'm not sure.
I compile my eligible entries by combing back over each year's video chart. I don't look at the previous all-time video chart so that I can keep it as unbiased as possible.

Here are my 100 favorite albums of all-time. This was a very painstaking process and was the chart that took longest to make. I didn't actually listen to any of these.
What I did was, among my list of eligibilities, I compared their album rankers to each other (those things we do sometimes where we compare our favorite songs off albums from top to bottom. Yeah, I have my entire chronological CD collection in a couple of spiral-bound notebooks). In my head, I'd compare the key parts of songs on one album to the equivalently ranked songs on another album. The way I make all my year-end charts is I arrange the contenders in at least five columns. I take the top entry in the first column and compare it to the entry below. Say I like the second entry less. The first one gets marked there, so I know where to pick up next time, and then I compare the second entry to whatever's below and so on. The loser gets written at the bottom. I do this for columns 2 through n. Then I only have to compare the losers in each column, rather than having to compare one against every single entry in every column each time. Anyway, this is as accurate as I could possibly make it. Favorite albums of mine that I haven't listened to in a while get shafted, kinda like Wyclef. I love that album and I figure if I'd listened to it in the past 5 years, it'd still be a lot higher. Note again, that the previous rankings cover a 2-year span.

[2002: #3, #78] 77. ---- 311 – Soundsystem [1999: #18, #31] 75. ---- Fear Factory – Obsolete [1999: #6, #71] 74. ---- Incubus – Make Yourself [2000: #8, #65] 72. ---- Weezer (The Blue Album) [#63] 63. ---- Ministry – Psalm 69 [#28] 61. ---- Coal Chamber – Chamber Music [1999: #16, #57] 59. ---- Static-X – Wisconsin Death Trip [1999: #15, #37] 58. ---- Tool – Undertow [#9] 55. ---- OutKast – Stankonia [2001: #4, #48] 52. ---- Fugees (Refugee Camp) – The Score [#23]
Points of surprise: Among the fallen, I was surprised to see Fugees, all OutKast, and Undertow go.
Among the debuts/re-entries, I was surprised to see The Bends as my favorite Radiohead album, decisively; to see all those debuts all right together in the 40's; to see that apparently I like The Curse considerably more than Suicide Notes as my favorite Atreyu album, when up until now I couldn't decide off the top of my head; surprised to see The Used debut so high, but these numbers don't lie. Surprised to see City of Evil eclipse Waking the Fallen as my favorite A7X record by the end of the year.
Among the fallers, I was surprised by Odelay's tumble. Surprised by all Korn albums, the Descendents album, 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage (the "ANCHOR"), Wyclef, Deftones albums, The Battle of Los Angeles, Depeche Mode, Recipe for Hate, The Clash, the fact that By the Way is my all-time favorite Chili Peppers album, The Immaculate Collection, Social D, the Thrill Kill Kult, 311 s/t, The Art of Drowning.
Among the gainers, Dido, Nevermind rebounding, Bedtime Stories, Core, Evanescence, Pretty Hate Machine, the fact that I like #'s 23-18 much more than I had previously thought, and Lateralus. Waking the Fallen (the obvious "ROCKET") isn't the least big surprising, over a 2-year period.
