I just reached 150 weeks. My first chart was for the week of January 11, 2003.

I kept one consistently starting in 1998, & kept it all the way through August 2005. But alas, my hard-drive crashed, and I lost everything (archives, year-end charts, etc...). I was an idiot and didn't back them up/hand-write anything. So, needless to say, I don't have the will to start a new one. My last #1 was "Best of You" by Foo Fighters.

My inaugural chart is dated July 2, 2000. I wish I would have started in January, then I could have had the entire 00's decade covered.
I wanted to make a 5-year report in July, but I never got around to it. I'll probably finish the year and make one, to compliment my year-end chart.

That's kind of hard to tell. I have actually "cheated" and gone back and revised charts I had written in the past, but the first year that I've left as is was 1993. But I had been keeping a personal chart since 1985. But the ones up until 1993 have since been revised. I also went back and added charts from 1975 through 1984. Needless to say, those charts, particularly 1975, were not representative of the music I liked back then (hell,in 1975, the only songs that I knew were the ones that got overplayed that year (i.e. "Love Will Keep Us Together", "Rhinestone Cowboy").
