This track is hot! It's got Lil Wayne singing the verses with a vocoder and the beat is just infectious. It's also blowing up on the three formats. I noticed the ending of the video said "In memory of Stephen 'Static Major' Garrett." I just read on Wikipedia that he passed away in February from a botched medical procedure. He was responsible for writing some of the earlier songs from Ginuwine and Aaliyah, amongst others. What a tragedy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hfc7Pcjl20

I just realized that in the radio edit, they changed the lyrics of "She l-l-l-l-lick me like a lollipop" to "She said I l-l-l-l-look like a lollipop", lol...

I believe this is Lil' Wayne's first crossover airplay hit as a lead artist. About time. Very sad to hear about Static Major, what a tragedy indeed. Great song. The type to cruise on the highway.

I believe this is Lil' Wayne's first crossover airplay hit as a lead artist. It very much is. Too bad he chose to play into T-Pain's Auto Tune/vocoder fad. I mean, enough is enough with that.
