So as I was getting home last night at roughly 1 AM, the song that was playing on the radio was "Cool" by Gwen Stefani. I parked and turned the car off, which happened right after the second chorus. I get in my car this afternoon at about 3:15 PM, and when I start it up, "Cool" is playing on that radio station again right about the exact spot I left off. Holy s***.

Not really as fascinating as your story, but earlier this week when I was scanning through the stations I heard "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley on an AC station and an alternative station at the same time. Can't be too often that that happens.

Yeah, you wouldn't think. Certainly not nowadays. (Although in its prime, it wasn't even on AC stations at that point.)

This isn't really eerie, per se, but it's close enough to not start up a separate topic.
Last week, I was flipping radio stations one afternoon and "Holiday" by Green Day was playing on my primary Alternative station. Right after it, "Mr. Brightside" by the Killers came on. I think they went to commercials right after that, so I flipped the dial to my Hot AC station and Rob Thomas' "Lonely No More" was playing. I thought, "Well, goddamn, if I didn't know any better, I'd think I unknowingly time warped back to the spring of 2005." The streak was broken after that.
A little later, the Hot AC station played JoJo's "Too Little, Too Late," a song I hadn't heard in perhaps 6 months at most. Driving to my ex-gf's place later that night, not only did I hear it again at one point when I put it on my Pop station, but when I flipped stations (because I'd just heard it several hours earlier), the next station I touched was the Hot AC station, which was playing it again!
During blahs all across the dial, I'd turn the CD player on Incubus' Light Grenades one song at a time, as this was either the first or second time I was actually consciously listening to the album. After hearing song after unimpressive song, I pined for 6 years ago and beyond, when Incubus still made great music to my ears. When I turn the radio back on, within five minutes, "Wish You Were Here" pops up on my secondary Alternative station. 1 or 2 songs later it turns up on my primary Alternative station as well. (Neither time do I let it play, because it's not fresh enough to me, still, so I don't want to make matters any worse.)
But seriously, what the hell was all of that about? This was all within one day.

My station randomly brought back Audioslave's "Cochise" and Finger Eleven's "Good Times" despite never playing them at their prime. Other than that, nothing interesting happens.

A few months ago, I was looking at a crossword puzzle and saw the word "Give." I immediately thought of Missing Persons, and I went to turn the radio station. The song playing was "Walking In L.A." by Missing Persons.
