As always, I'm a sucker for cookie cutter pop songs. The fourth hit "Easy" by Texan Paula Deanda fits the bill. The song is syrupy sweet as they come. It's nearing a peak in top 20 on CHR/Pop. She also has had mediocre success on the Billboard Hot 100.
I enjoy this tune. I happen to like it more than her bigger hit, "Walk Away." I think vocally she really stands out. She has an intriguing "girly girl" quality to her voice on this track. LOL! ;D
I'd like to say Paula D. has had a decent start of a music career because of her hits at top 40. I'll cross my fingers in hopes that she stays on Arista's payroll to release a sophomore effort in the near future.

Heh, all her singles have come in the form of sugary pop music. But, this is my favourite single from her so far. Real catchy tune and the production from Danja is hot! Other than this one, the only other single that I cared for was "Walk Away (Remember Me)", the others were a bit too sugary pop for me.

I really like this one (more than "Walk Away") too. Did Danja produce this by himself or was it under the wing of Timbaland still?
"Walk Away" eventually grew on me. I never got to hear "Doing Too Much" and what was the third one? I didn't hear that one either, that I recall.

It's mostly Danja with additional production from Timbaland.
The third single was "When It Was Me", which sounded just like the first two singles, lol.

Well, I'll at least have a few more weeks of scheduled plays on AT40 then.
