I eventually came around (no pun intended) on "SexyBack", while "My Love" I started to like after a few weeks; it's his biggest hit on my personal chart and still rising. But "What Goes Around..." gets an immediate thumbs up from me. "Cry Me a River"-esque, I suppose, which is ironic because it was my least favorite of his first 3 singles from Justified. It's exploding on Pop, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him get his 4th solo #1 (and 3rd from FS/LS) with it.

It's actually just called "What Goes Around...", the interlude that follows immediately after it but is on the same track on the album is entitled "... Comes Around (Interlude)."
But anyway, I like this song alright, it's another tight Timbaland production, but a bit more laid back. Although out of the 3 singles so far, I have to my favourite by far has been "My Love."

Another great Timberlake single. "My Love" narrowly beats out "SexyBack," with "What Goes Around" (while still great) coming in significantly lower. I've heard it on the radio a couple times so far (I own the album), but once I start hearing it a little more, we'll have to see how far this one goes on my chart.

Eh, it's alright. While I admit these singles are head and shoulders better than any of the Justified singles (though those were all F-grade songs for me, and naturally colored my expectations for this album), and I'm as big a fan of Timbaland as anyone, none of the three singles make me fall head over heels.
Hell, I'd say "Let Me Talk to You" is easily my favorite track I've heard from him so far, but I'm assuming the 90-second portion at the beginning of the "My Love" video is, in fact, the entire track. Other than that, I'd rank the singles in order of release. I remember actually sitting in a Taco Bell a few weeks ago when "SexyBack" came on the speaker and thinking to myself, "Hey, wait a minute, this isn't as bad as I thought it was in August." And T.I.'s rap in "My Love" is really quite solid.

I personally don't see how these first 3 are head and shoulders above "Rock Your Body" and "Cry Me a River."
I also don't get how "Let Me Talk to You" (yes, that is all of it) is easily your favorite. If anything, I find it to be a little annoying, with Timbaland incessantly chanting "my love" in the background.

Well, I like how subdued the vocals are (other than the "my love" part, which I don't mind), and the beat is really good. I mean, it's not much to go on given its length, but I'm just saying it left a stronger impression than any of the singles. I would always watch that part of the video if it came on, even if I didn't always watch the "My Love" video proper.
I admit that's selling the singles short, but for their part, "SexyBack" and "My Love" took a while before I even came around on them. Probably be the same deal for "What Goes Around..." as well, of which my opinion still isn't totally concrete.

I'd agree about "My Love" being my favorite of the singles. I actually really like his album. I may go and get Justified eventually, especially since one of the Best Buys around still has that for sale, for $7.99.
