Thanks to Herbie Hancock, John Mayer has something listenable again. This is the first single from Herbie's album of duets, "Possibilities" and it's making waves on AAA and Smooth Jazz. John Mayer's words are still choppy and rambling as ever, but for some reason it works when set against Herbie's keys.

I'm quite a fan of this one. I was a big Mayer fan for the first album. The second album was hit or miss, with great tracks like "New Deep" that never made it to radio and "Daughters," the worst choice of a single ever. I'm glad this song has surfaced. I'd like to see it get more exposure.
