Saw a case of this at Target on clearance so I picked it up. I guess this year they're not going to go for $100 a bottle like they did the inagural year. This year there's five flavors of soda, Cranberry, Pumpkin Pie, Turkey and Gravy, Stuffing, and Brussel Sprouts. Has anyone tried these yet? The case hasn't been opened yet...

I've only heard about these; never seen them. I don't know if I'd want to buy an entire case of these...lol.
This reminds me of a box of Jelly Belly jellybeans with some Harry Potter theme, with flavors including: earwax, dirt, boogers, soap, rotten egg, sardine, grass, and black pepper. Those jelly beans were absolutely disgusting.

When they did the Harry Potter thing I actually liked the one that was supposed to be "earwax."

Those jelly beans were absolutely disgusting. I saw those things sitting in a store at the London airport last summer. As curious as I was to find out what they could possibly taste like, I wasn't about to waste money on them.

All I can say is Turkey Gravy soda is the absolute worst idea for a drink I've yet to come across. I had a sip last year when my dad and stepmom got a free half-dozen Jones sodas after attending a local TV show. It was absolutely gross. To date, other than that sip, the only Jones I've had is sugar-free Black Cherry soda, which was alright. I saved the bottle, and I think the glass bottles are really chic, and I hope one day to get a photo on one of the labels, but I really don't care one way or the other about the soda itself.

I love Jones Soda... but I wouldn't try any of the thanksgiving ones. Well, maybe cranberry, but that's definitely about it.
Blue Bubblegum Jones is the best.

Blue Bubblegum Jones is the best. Yeah. I also liked the Chocolate Fudge one, but apparently they've discontinued it, which made me mad.

Those jelly beans were absolutely disgusting. I don't believe there was a flavor called rotten egg. I do know that there was spinach, earthworm, spaghetti, and vomit. The body waste ones were totally gross (as was spaghetti, which tasted much like the vomit jelly bean!), but I could hack the grass, dirt, and soap ones (in fact, at first, when I had the soap flavor, I thought it was a new fruit flavor). EDIT: My mistake; there actually is a rotten egg flavored jelly belly. I still haven't been able to bring myself to try it. I squeezed one of them to see how it smelled and it smelled like s***. I can just imagine how horrible it tastes.

Apparently there's two different cases this year. I was at Cost Plus World Market Today and saw the other one, so of course I picked it up. This one has better flavors IMO; in addition to Turkey and Gravy, there's Corn on the Cob, Pecan Pie, Broccoli Casserole, and Smoked Salmon Pate. I may have to get a few more cases of this one in fact.
I looked up some stuff and found out the one I got at Target is called the "National Pack" and should be available at Target everywhere. The other one is called the "Regional Pack" and is available at places like Cost Plus, some Tower Records, and other select locations.
I actually liked the spaghetti, spinach, horseradish, black pepper, and sardine jelly beans. I like those flavors anyway, and once you get past the fact that jelly beans don't usually taste like that, they were not bad. I was more or less ambivalent on flavors like soap and grass and could not bring myself to taste the body waste flavors.

I picked up one of the cases for this year's at one of the two places that sell them in Ontario, the flavours includes Turkey & Gravy, Dinner Roll, Sweet Potatoes, Pea and Antacid, lol. It even comes with a medicine-measuring cup. I'm kinda afraid to try it though. :S
