Very Velvet Revolverish song by a bunch of guys from other bands whom noone should be surprised made a Velvet Revolverish song. But I'm impressed and mad that it's having such a hard time on the charts. Barring a second (or third) wind, it'll end up barely scraping the R and R portion of the chart (if they even made it there--not like I even check that anymore).
(And I came to this conclusion before reading the junior Alternative Pulse kids' input about this song, who essntially say the exact same thing.)

"Junior Alternative Pulse kids"...nice.
I've heard this a couple of times (though not recently) and I wasn't very impressed. I would've predicted a Panic Channel type run.

The first few listens of this have been favorable. Not sure if they match up to VR, but I'm also surprised it hasn't done nearly as well as them. I'm hearing it on my Active Rock station, and the format has them in the top 20 (but even that's below-par for 2000s supergroups).

Yeah, but you gotta keep in mind that this is Richard Patrick and the DeLeo brothers.
Filter were sharply waning with the reception of their 2002 album and the DeLeo brothers? I mean, yeah, there's the STP association, but my manager and I were thinking that in this case(and in the case of the Panic Channel, especially considering their no-name frontman), these guys don't seem to realize that the general public doesn't really care anymore.
