Not really a guessing game at this point, but I felt like including many carryovers from the previous years at least.
150. Shiny Toy Guns - "Starts with One" I realized that none of their album cuts appeared on last year's chart which admittedly was fairly arbitrary on the whole. I've got most of 'em in the respective place this time. Keep in mind I didn't get the album until that fall, though. 149. She Wants Revenge - "True Romance" * 148. Paramore - "crushcrushcrush" 147. Nine Inch Nails - "I Ghosts 6" 146. Nine Inch Nails - "II Ghosts 14" 145. Colbie Caillat - "Realize" 144. Kanye West - "Love Lockdown" * 143. Smashing Pumpkins - "G.L.O.W." * 142. Thrice - "Backdraft" 141. Shiny Toy Guns - "Ricochet!" * 140. Katy Perry - "I Kissed a Girl" 139. Nine Inch Nails - "Letting You" 138. Moby - "Sweet Apocalypse" 137. V.I.C. f/ Soulja Boy - "Get Silly" 136. Queens of the Stone Age - "Make It Wit' Chu" 135. The White Stripes - "You Don't Know What Love Is (You Just Do as You're Told)" [LY [edit]: #89]* (The fact that I didn't include this on last year's songs proves the arbitrary thing, although I did include a couple of their other songs. However I somewhat "revised" it for better accuracy. However I wasn't totally fond of it at the time, but I think it's got some of Jack's finest lyrics now.) 134. Flobots - "Handlebars" 133. The Cure - "Sleep When I'm Dead" (It's a shame how misunderstood the promotion for their album was. People didn't get their method, and the album got released way after "The Only One" charted & then disappeared from radio. This is one of the couple songs I prefered to that somewhat.) 132. Against Me! - "Thrash Unreal" [LY: #98] * 131. The Hives - "Puppet on a String" 130. Santogold - "My Superman" 129. Santogold - "Starstruck" 128. Rihanna - "Disturbia" 127. TV on the Radio - "Stork & Owl" * 126. Santogold - "I'm a Lady" 125. Portishead - "The Rip" 124. Usher f/ Young Jeezy - "Love in This Club" 123. Spoon - "Don't You Evah" 122. TV on the Radio "Red Dress" * 121. Radiohead - "All I Need"
*= At least somewhat affected due to being prominent in between the years. Early December is my cutoff. Stuff released by the fall or later will be lower as a result. I added in last year numbers.

120. Jack Johnson - "If I Had Eyes" 119. Gnarls Barkley - "Run" 118. Miley Cyrus - "See You Again" 117. Beck - "Timebomb" 116. The Offspring - "Hammerhead" 115. Santogold f/ Spank Rock - "Shove It" 114. Thrice - "Lost Continent" 113. Madonna f/ Justin Timberlake & Timbaland - "4 Minutes" 112. The Cure - "Freakshow" 111. Serj Tankian - "Empty Walls" (Okay, I was unrealistically picky about the cutoff last year, if it's lack of appearance doesn't tell you anything. Keep in mind there was 100 songs to choose from, as well.) 110. R.E.M. - "Supernatural Superserious" 109. Portishead - "We Carry On" 108. Thrice - "Lost Continent" 107. Jimmy Eat World - "Always Be" 106. OneRepublic - "Stop and Stare" 105. TV on the Radio - "Stork & Owl" * 104. Hot Hot Heat - "Give Up?" 103. Lil Wayne f/ T-Pain - "Got Money" 102. Paramore - "That's What You Get" 101. TV on the Radio - "Tonight" (A couple of RTCM cuts I love did not get included last time. I'm making up for that in a couple of inclusions.
I think I'll do my guessing game next. I decided it would be more fair here than at Pulse since I haven't really been posting my current charts there.

100. Swedish garage rockers never made a really lengthy song so the title just may be a promise. Music video was shown at their myspace during the summer, nearly a year after the album's release. The Hives - "Won't Be Long" (a Nick O!)
99. QOTSA originally used this moniker. Beck - "Gamma Ray" (crash46)
98. Band on Jack Johnson's record label scored a minor Alt. hit earlier this year, possibly since the song was used for Zune commericals. Rogue Wave - "Lake Michigan" (friday)
97. "We were kids and we used to hang" The Gaslight Anthem - "The '59 Sound" (Mega248)
96. "There isn't anybody else exactly quite like me" Weezer - "Troublemaker" (mtm4319)
95. Title means a desire and/or impulse to travel the world. Song also became a single about a year after album's release. Björk - "Wanderlust" (a Nick O!)
94. Puzzle piece song was more well received at the Triple A song while a different song was big at their main format. Radiohead - "Jigsaw Falling Into Place" (picpak)
93. Acclaimed band has a more recent album, which will see more cuts here and was put at the top of many magazines' lists. Jack White loves the genre in this title. TV on the Radio - "Blues from Down Here" (a Nick O!)
92. Same band has an album cut from same album as above that is a compound word not that's not an actual English word. The title additionally resembles a weather phenomenon. TV on the Radio - "Dirtywhirl" (a Nick O!)
91. Band released a more recent album this year, but this song is a past-tense verb and album cut. "I will not be _____" Shiny Toy Guns - "Shaken" (a Nick O!)

99. QOTSA originally used this moniker. Also a term for electromagnetic radiation.96. " As anyone can see, There isn't anybody else exactly quite like me" 90. Artist name is also a mail-order business. In spite that this debut single insinuates she originated something. Santogold - "Creator" (mtm4319) 89. A nice type of digital TV/radio/etc. Album cut. Artist- 2 words; title-1 word. Two of the three conceptual album characters are also names of actual artists. ;D 88. "She broke her little bones" 87. Hopefully you can trace the previous steps, so you’re not this. Coldplay - "Lost!" (mtm4319) 86. "Take your lie to the grave" 85. Album got revised twice. This is the title cut. 84. 83. Album cut from acclaimed artist who started solo endeavor this year. Four words in the title. 82. "so I can make it juicy" Lil Wayne f/ Static Major - "Lollipop" (mtm4319) 81. Title resembles a woman falling from a rabbit-hole into a fantasy world. EDIT: Didn't realize I accidentally double-posted those first two clues. But as Nick could possibly confirm the server was pretty off during last night.

You didn't indicate picpak's guess for 84 as being correct, so I'll guess Tapes n' Tapes with what Wikipedia says was the single from their album this year: "Hang Them All." Otherwise, I got nothin'.

As a potentially helpful hint 84 has to do with the title, not artist. It's an album cut. I thought I was descriptive enough on 89; I thought at least a couple others owned that album.

96. "I'm such a mystery As anyone can see, There isn't anybody else exactly quite like me" Nearly topped the alternative chart.89. A nice type of digital TV/radio/etc. Album cut. Artist- 2 words; title-1 word. Two of the three conceptual album characters are also names of actual artists. not in fact Mike Skinner and/or Jayceon Smith. ;D Features Snoop Dogg. Lupe Fiasco feat. "Take your lie to the grave, that's what an old friend told me" '07 carry-over. Queens of the Stone Age - "3's & 7's" (BlahBlahBlah) 85. Album got revised twice. This is the title cut. Album cut from acclaimed artist who started solo endeavor this year. Four words in the title. Artist has a correctly guessed song in this range. Also, words of hope for 87. 89. Lupe Fiasco f/ Snoop Dogg & Pooh Bear "Hi-Definition" Fresh on the brain since I finally ranked the album just this past week. 96. "I'm such a mystery As anyone can see, There isn't anybody else exactly quite like me/And when it's party time" Nearly topped the alternative chart. Frontman/main songwriter once described this as what was supposed to be the album's lead single. However it was not.
88. "(Take my hand and let's end it all,She broke her little bones) [/color]on the boulders belowx2 " A repetitive song title.
86. "Take your lie to the grave, that's what an old friend told me Look what it did for him" '07 carry-over. Think Guitar Hero 3.[/s]

Alright, I have some new ones:
80. Album cut from Akron duo. Title is something you might call an irrationally jealous/paranoid girlfriend, or something. The Black Keys - "Psychotic Girl" (crash46)
79. Album cut from visual-to-audio band whose title relates with ancestry. TV on the Radio - "Family Tree" (a Nick O!)
78. "your skeletons sing as"
77. Hot AC-ish band's second single from an album released last year peaked inside the Top 20 on pop chart but ended up going recurrent. Possibly not a song you'd first-handedly expect here. Lifehouse - "Whatever It Takes" (a Nick O!)
76. Band with a big name (not as far as success or length-wise) and it's an album cut. Ninth track on the album. I'll try to make this one better (last word, hint). VAST - "I'm Too Good" (a Nick O!)
75. Album cut. Person who commits crimes via setting fire. Thrice - "The Arsonist" (Mega248)
74. Album cut. "You used to be alright, what happened."
73. In spite the number of weeks the previous single spent at the top it didn't make this song suffer in its chart run at all. Or its follow-up, for that matter. Foo Fighters - "Long Road to Ruin" (Mega248)
72. Official music video for this flop single was a fan-submitted one. Oh, and they're up for a few Grammys.
71. Album cut. Don't kill er, shoot...

Lifehouse is the correct one.
Extended clues, to make it quicker:
78. "your skeletons sing as their bones"
76. Band with a big name (not as far as success or length-wise) and it's an album cut. Ninth track on the album. I'll try to make this one better (last word, hint). Album was released in fall of '07.
74. Album cut. "You used to be alright, what happened. Did the cat get your tongue? Did the string come undone?" There's a number in the title.
72. Official music video for this flop single was a fan-submitted one. Oh, and they're up for a few Grammys. I don't know if it was released here nationally in all fairness. Artist has previous entries in here.
71. Album cut. Don't kill/shoot... Artist has a correctly guessed song in this range.
