OK, so I loved this the first time I heard it. And I was glad to see it making strong jumps up the Urban and Rhythmic charts.
I didn't hear it for a little while (on radio or my shuffled Windows Media Player) and then it stalls and starts dropping like the proverbial rock.
I was kinda bummed, but am now much more so, after my WMP just played it for me again.
The track is so hot, it's enraging to see it underperform. Sure, it's no "Goodies" or "Oh," but it beats the living hell out of "1, 2 Step," "Get Up," "Can't Leave 'Em Alone," and the payola-smelling "Like a Boy." It's probably even better than "Promise." ("And I" is just a given.)
This is good enough to have crossed over to Pop and into the Top 20, if nothing else.
I've probably said something to this effect before, but if you seriously analyze why some songs become hits and why some don't, it would make you wanna physically hurt people.

The song is alright. Not quite the Ciara standard I was looking for. Especially for a lead single of an album. In fact, the track is quite forgettable. She is capable of better. I hardly hear this song on my local Urban/Rhythmic stations. (The video is great though)
I was familiar with this song for quite some time now, so the song seems rather old to me. I don't think it is very pop friendly. The hook isn't too appealing. It is a bit mellow-ish. I could see why it didn't cross over or perform that well at Urban for that matter.
