Ever had an experience with bad customers where you work? Or just ones you've seen? Yesterday, I was making some people's drinks who just ordered when this new lady walks in and the barista at register takes her order. Then about twenty seconds later, as he finishes taking her order I begin calling out the drinks I just made for the previous person and start working on hers. She comes up, picks up the drinks I set out for the other person, and is all like "this isn't what I ordered! This isn't correct! You should have made a..." blah blah blah.
Stupid bitch. Do you ever stop to think that there are other people in this world besides you. Oh, if only we were allowed to tell customers off...

It's reasons like those that I'm glad today was (hopefully) my last official day in the customer service industy.
You have no idea how rude people can be just while ringing up a sale for them, or pumping their gas (and maybe not a good example since people pump their gas everywhere else).
Luckily I just found employment with Hynex Semiconductor of America.

Yesterday this woman came in to where I work and asked for the supervisor. There was none in at the same. I should have asked if there was anything I could do. Turns out she was complaining because there was a dog in the store. She was actually mad about it and kind of raising her voice over it too. It's true there are no dogs allowed in but there are exceptions to SEEING-EYE-DOGS! YOU f**k**g MORON!!
Some people are so ignorant and stupid!

Getting gas pumped for me always pisses me off. Freakin' Jersey. I'm just sitting there thinking, "Wow, I could have been out of here 5 minutes ago if this state's laws weren't so retarded." I've certainly glared at/rolled my eyes at attendants for being slow, even though I know it's not their fault the state is run by morons who don't think people can figure out a gas pump. So yeah, I can kinda understand that...

You'd be surprised at the number of people who don't know how to pump their own gas. They never cease to amaze me. And they never can admit it's their own fault for not being able to operate a gas pump; it's always the station's fault.
Not that I'm saying it's a good idea to be like Jeresy and Oregon and require full service everywhere, because it most obviously is not.
