I've been wondering about this. Because "Middle of Nowhere", while relatively low in peak (as are all of their singles), had a really good success, and even went recurrent a few weeks ago. It seems irrational that an album FULL of radio-friendly songs would stop after just two. And it's not like they're prolific the way that they were in 2001-2002 (two seven-inch-EPs, another EP, and the first full-length were released then).
"Running Out of Time", "You Owe Me an IOU", and "Island of the Honest Man" are the ones that I think would do best.
As for the others: "Introduction", "No Jokes -- Fact" and the untitled track are just parts of the songs (e.g. intro to "Running", outros to "Owe" and "Soldier"), so it would be plain awkward for those to be on the radio.
"Ladies and Gentleman" and "Soldier in a Box" are good, but are also a bit short for the radio.
The other five I guess would be okay, but I wouldn't really piss on the record label to release those.

I don't own the album, so I can't really make projections on what their singles should be. Although I do remember "Running Out Of Time" from their concert in May and that wouldn't be any worse of a pick than anything they've released up to this point.
There's just no f***ing way that this band deserves to have had zero top 20 hits at this point. They're different, but it isn't like they aren't radio friendly. I think their problem is that there's a decent sized portion of the panel that has faith in them, but there's not many other stations to back that up, and I think that's why all their singles have seemed to last forever without peaking very high.
