The label had a throw-everything-at-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks single strategy when nothing from Usher's Raymond v. Raymond album was looking like a surefire smash at first.
So now after most of the songs finally gained traction at Urban radio and "OMG" was so huge for Pop radio, there aren't any other electro songs on the disc and all the other singles are used and too R&B-leaning to guarantee him a smash follow-up at Pop. So here comes, oh, no way, you're kidding, an EP/deluxe version of the album called Versus, with a brand new, Max Martin-produced trend-hopping electro song featuring Pitbull. Wonderful.

...Yet even that couldn't suck as much as "OMG." Seriously, it was horrible the first time.
Not to say there's much going for this one.
"There Goes My Baby" ftw.

Actually, after the last listen, this song has grown on me. It's really everything on paper that would make it seem like a disaster and something tempting to root against.
